Paid Vacation and Sick
time
All eligible
fulltime employees are entitled
to five days of vacation time
and five days of sick time per
year after completion of their
one year employment with GSS.
Unused sick time can be used as
vacation.
Health and Life Insurance
GSS offers an
excellent health insurance
coverage to all qualified full
time employees. Some of the
highlights of GSS’s health
policy are a low $250 deductible
and 90% in Network coverage. In
addition, GSS also pay for a
$15,000 employee life insurance
premium.
Dental and Vision Plan
GSS provides
an optional dental and vision
plan for all employees and
dependents at their cost.
Tuition Fee Reimbursement
All qualified
full time employees that
complete two years of services
are qualified for tuition fee
reimbursement for courses taken
towards qualified advanced
degrees. Please refer to the
employee Handbook or contact HR
representative for further
details.
Exam fee and Book purchase
reimbursement
All qualified
employees that complete one year
of service with GSS are eligible
for certification exam fee
reimbursement as well as the
books purchased towards exam
preparation.
Visa Assistance and
Permanent Residence Applications
GSS provides
visa and immigration assistance
such as H-1 to eligible
employees. GSS also provides
permanent residence (Green Card)
application assistance to
qualified and eligible
employees.

Employee Referral Program
Bring your
friends and employees to work at
GSS. All employees of GSS are
eligible for a lucrative
employee referral bonus. When
your friend completes three
months of service with GSS, you
will receive a $500 referral
bonus.
